The IRTC Online Training course, titled “Become a Raw Materials Risk Manager,” was held from September 23 to 27, with sessions each day from 1 to 3 PM CET.
Designed for researchers, professionals, and government officials interested in understanding critical raw material risks, the course equipped participants with the skills to identify supply risks and comprehend the challenges and mitigation strategies related to critical raw materials. It featured a blend of lectures, exercises, and group tasks, led by trainers Luis Tercero Espinoza from Fraunhofer, Dieuwertje Schrijvers from WeLOOP, and Alessandra Hool from the ESM Foundation.
Upon successfully passing the final examination, which took place online on October 2, 2024, from 1 to 2 PM CET, participants were certified as “Raw Materials Risk Managers” in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024 standards.
