A Warm Welcome to Our New Junior Board

It is with great excitement that we introduce our new Junior Board to IRTC.

We recognize the importance of fresh perspectives and ideas surrounding materials criticality as well as intergenerational collaboration within the critical raw materials environment. This is why we’ve invited young and early-stage academics and professionals to become Junior Representatives of the IRTC project.

The Junior Board will support the identification of core topics in criticality on the international agenda. They will collaborate with Senior Board Members to shape the program of IRTC events and participate in the annual IRTC conference, taking place in Ljubljana from February 19-21, 2025. IRTC Junior Board members will also have the opportunity to choose suitable talks and posters for the conference and contributions to be published as scientific papers, should they be selected as a session co-chair.
